The Triangle Trade (jan 4, 1619 – jan 1, 1800)
Description:
This was a huge part of US History because this was the start of a massive slave trade that killed over a million Africans. This would start the slave trade from Africa to the Americas and Europe. America would give raw materials to Europe while giving rum and gunpowder to Africa while getting African slaves in return. Because of the uproar of imported slaves and what it did on the economy, the Thirteen Colonies legalized slavery.
