Harry Potter is a series of novels written by the British author, J.K Rowling. The novels tell the story of the life of a young wizard, Harry Potter and his best friends, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. The story begins as all three wizards attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The main story concerns Harry’s conflict with the main antagonist, Voldemort. Altogether, the 7-book Harry Potter series and the 8-film adaptions have grossed $7.7billion.
