Description:
Theodore Roosevelt was born on October 27th, 1858 and died on January 6th, 1919. He was in office as the 26th President of the United States from September 14th, 1901 until March 4th, 1909. Roosevelt also served as a Colonel in the US Army and his main war fought was the Spanish-American War. During Roosevelt’s presidency, he established many new national parks, forests, and monuments, began construction on the Panama Canal, and expanded the Navy.
