On December 13, 2016, President Obama signed the 21st Century Cures Act (“Cures”) into law. The nearly 1,000-page bill passed the House 392-26 and the Senate by a vote of 94-5. Key action plan for NIH aim to coordinate policies relating to early career investigators, improve loan repayment programs, and streamline procedural requirements for attendance at scientific meetings and disease specific budget (Brady D. 2016). Also to create breast cancer awareness among the general public, child nicotine poisoning prevention, increase breast cancer research, educate/create awareness among young women regarding breast health, sunscreen innovation, pancreatic cancer research/education etc,
