Description:
1) Coincident investigation 1910 Fairburn "Refer to Supervisor". Supervisor J Henderson refused to come when I called him.
2) Was instructed to attempt sub contact until affirmed, TC after an escalated call would be bad news for Supervisor.
3) Voluntary statement signed by myself and S. Maxey not present or mentioned in documentation at all. Whole incident *never happened*
4) LAPD contact with R. Pulido, return of equipment *never happened*
5) Initial contact with Supervisor August 13th is *false*.
BY FALSIFICATION AND COOPERATIVE EFFORT
1) Wilful Noncompliance - accused of multiple after-hours visits (diffuse "discovery" of 1910 Fairburn) despite policy.
a) TTRs standard practice - double standard
b) explicit instruction - abusive supervision
c) WAM data streams 2 vans / techs uncorrected - negligent supervision
d) Glympse - unreliable means
e) 3100 Neilsen visit was a *valid call*. Request to correct *consciously disregarded* - falsification of documents
f) request to allow security clearance a year later *denied* - tortious interference
g) C. Judson stated van burglary *not actual reason*, further evidences wrongful or retaliatory termination - intentional or unintentional - instructed company to investigate
h) D. Massaregli equivocation, false investigation indicative of complicity - refused to provide documents on pretext of availability, ownership - documents rec'd fr. Charter legal dept 10/17
i) J Henderson refusal to correct, admission of false documentation 8/23/19
2) Incompetence
a) untimely filing of a FUCKING POLICE REPORT (are you kidding???) Learned of it *when I went to work* on *Tuesday* the *14th* (when you make something up guys make sure you're looking at the correct YEAR on the calendar) - defamation
3) Insubordination - of *course* I was....
