The "shot heard around the world" never happened.
Hearing nothing of the British force's defeat, Britain assumes that it has successfully reclaimed her colonies overseas.
Communications between Britain and her forces overseas has been cut
Seeing quite frankly how mad the colonists were, and to what extent they were going to resist, most of the taxes were lifted; tensions settle down.
The founding fathers, those who led the American Revolution, go into hiding to avoid execution.
America is technically not a part of Britain, but still pays her dues similar to how a roommate is not exactly a friend but still pays rent.
The Slavery Abolition act of Britain applies to the Colonies. Slaves are outlawed, but indentured servitude isn't.
The Proclamation of 1763 is upheld due to British forces regularly being stationed around the colonies.
The South now relies on indentured servants; ex-slaves are still badly treated but are also owners of indentured servants; having experrienced slavery themselves, they are much more kinder when treating indentured servants.
The Louisiana purchase was never even considered by the French due to the hidden country of America using the cover of Britain
By now, race relations have improved dramatically due to white indentured servants not forgetting the earlier kindness of the ex-slaves

The attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese does not affect the U.S. as they do not own it.
