John Dalton did not conduct too many experiments however contributed to the atomic theory.
JJ Thomson discovered the electron by making a cathode ray tube and watching for deflections.
Bohr created Bohrs Theory which states Electrons revolve in discrete orbits around a positively charged nucleus.
Rutherford and Chadwick
Rutherford and Chadwick discovered the Proton and the Neutron and that the number of Protons is equal to the charge of an atom.
Lavoisier created the Law of Conservation of Mass, and discovered water was not an element.
Proust created the Law of definite proprtions and expiremented with bianaru conpounds.
Gay Lussac created Gay-Lussac's law that describes gases and the proportionality between their temp, volume, and pressure.
Avogadro created Avogadro's Law in 1811, which stated that at the same temp. pressure and volume all gases have the same number of molecules.
Millikan created Planks Constant and discovered more on the photoelectric effect.
