As all of Isakia is becoming settled, the population turn their eyes toward the more inhospitable regions of Isakia, such as the Darklands in the southeast, the islands of Hilly and Mirage in the east, the Halle swamplands in the north and the central Badlands.
The period ends in the destruction of New Cambridge by sentient wolves, due to rapid expansion into a nearby jungle. This halts most of the progress in settlement and allows the stretched-out population to breathe out and focus on new technology.
