Czar Nicholas II was the last Czar in Russia. He made a decision that was a huge turning point that would eventually lead to the Russian Revolution. On what was called Bloody Sunday he told his troops to go stop the marching and protests. That decision killed over 500 people earning him the nickname "Bloody Nicholas".
