During Gracia finals (OO?) I start to feel anxious and absentmindedly scratch at my hand. I realize quickly that I'm scratching but I don't stop and eventually scratch it raw to the point that my hand bleeds. This habit continues, either absentmindedly with my nails or consciously with pins. I still have many scars.
