Description:
Emerging in Paris during the 20's, Surrealism was a very influential movement that looked for "super-realism" in a new style that would also embrace naturalism & abstraction. This movement gave rise to many artists and their works such as Salvador Dali with "Lobster Telephone" and Meret Oppenheim with "Furry Breakfast".(Salvador Dali, Lobster Telephone, 1936, Steel, plaster, rubber, resin and paper)
