- Rick prepares his group for a potential war with the Hilltop.
- Rick checks on Jesus, Andrea doesn't see any threats, Eugene asks out Rosita.
- Rick, Abraham and Michonne search the area for any groups, Rick realises Jesus might be right.
- Carl talks to Jesus, Rick takes up his offer.
- They begin their journey to the Hilltop.
- Carl snuck into the van, they run into roamers and Jesus proves himself helpful.
- It starts raining, they're half a day away.
- They reach the Hilltop Colony.
- They're given a tour of the Barrington House, Ethan stabs Gregory and Rick slits Ethan's throat.
- Jesus tells them about Negan and the Saviors.
- Rick stumbles upon Ethan's funeral and gets punched.
- Rick kisses Andrea and makes a deal to kill the Saviors.
