Hawke away time (1 févr. 3064 – 24 juill. 3070)
Description:
Hawke spends 7 years in the Free Marches after getting caught in Lothering during the 5th Blight. She flees Lothering to Kirkwall with a family friend, Mary Beth, her two children, Bethany and Carver, Anders, her second cousin, and a stranger they met while escaping, Aveline Vallen. Bethany is killed by a demon as they are escaping. The remaining five of them pose as a very awkward single-family when they try entering Kirkwall. They end up staying with Mary Beth's brother, Gamlen, who has lost their family mansion in a gamble and is now living in squalor.
Hawke and Anders spent the first year as smugglers to pay off the smuggler who got them into the city. Meanwhile, Aveline joins the city guard.
Towards the end of the first year, Anders starts leaving Gamlen's home for long stretches of time. Eventually, he tells Hawke he's leaving but will stay nearby.
In the second year, Hawke and Carver spend time helping a dwarf named Varric at a mining exhibition. Hawke becomes an equal partner in the expedition, but to do so, she must come up with the coin to help fund it. During their explorations around town looking for extra work, they stumble upon Anders who is now living underground as an "Apostate" healer. He spends his time helping to heal and care for the mages that are hiding there from the Templars.
She meets, Isabela the pirate, Fenris the former elf slave, Merrill the abandoned elf apprentice, and Sebastian the prince of Starkhaven(somewhere in Mexico) who survived a coup.
During the expedition, Bertrand, Varic's brother, betrays them for a red lyrium idol. The group eventually finds its way out of the deep roads. In the end, they find lots of valuable treasures such as gold and gems. They share the profits evenly despite Hawke's protests since she did most of the dangerous work.
After buying back Mary Beth's family home, Hawke, Anders, and Mary Beth move there, leaving Mary Beth's brother to live in squalor. Carver has joined the Grey Wardens.
Hawke spends the next three years doing miscellaneous things, such as getting drunk, spending her new wealth, and making new acquaintances. Her fame has significantly grown in Kirkwall.
The fifth0-year sees a rise in the Qunari unrest. Mary Beth is killed by a serial killer who happens to be a necromancer. The necromancer had been killing women and stealing their body parts to form a Frankenstein version of his dead wife. After killing the corrupt mage, Hawke has to kill the resurrected head of Mary Beth.
Hawke falls into a deep depression for a few months and remains home unseen by the public. Afterward, she deals with the Qunari after they attempt to take over Kirkwall and kill the Viscount. Hawke kills their leader in single combat and the Qunari are forced to leave. She earns the title "Champion of Kirkwall" for her deeds.
Three more years pass
In the eighth year, Hawke spends her days settling disputes between different parties as a sort of nonofficial and temporary Viscount. The majority of the disputes she faces revolve around the Templars and the Mages. Knight-Commander Meredith Stannard of the Templars has her hunting down rogue mages and bringing them back to the Circle. Whereas First Enchanter Orsino of the Mages pleads with her to help mages escape to Dovahnor where the Chantry's Circle does not exist.
During the final year, Templar vs Mage tempers flares, and the possibility of war increases. Hawke tries to remain neutral but clearly favors the mages. One night Anders has her distract the Priest of the Templar Champel while he secretly places a bomb. A few weeks later Anders sets off the bomb killing several dozens of people, mostly templars, and officially starts the Templar-Mage war. Sebastian and Fenris leave her group, but the others remain and try to help her evacuate the city of Kirkwall.
Hawke is forced to kill First Enchanter Orsino when he uses blood magic but becomes possessed by a Harvester demon.
After killing him Hawke runs into Meredith. She orders Hawke's execution at this point, but Cullen objects, stating that they were only supposed to arrest the Champion. Meredith pulls out her sword, which is made from the lyrium idol that Bartrand had taken and then sold. She begins casting suspicions on all of the templars around her, then turns her weapon to Hawke and orders her execution. Cullen rises to her defense, leading to Meredith becoming hostile. Hawke sends away her companions to fight Meredith in single combat. This is when she reveals her true identity as a prince of Dovahnor before killing Meredith with the white Blaze. Unfortunately in order to summon the Blaze Hawle must hand over control to fire which proceeds to burn down the entire Kirkwall, much like the first Blazing by Alex Daddario.
