Description:
The second punic war was also between Carthage and Rome. Hannibal of Carthage had the crazy idea to cross the mountains into Rome, for there would be no gaurds there. Some must have called him insane. But when he did arrive at Rome, he was sucsseeding. Rome then attacked Carthage, for their army was in Rome.
