Qing Dynasty (8 sept. 1644 – 31 oct. 1912)
Description:
The Qing Dynasty, the last dynasty to rule China, was one of the two times where China was not ruled by the Han people or one of its descendants. It was known for its very prosperous initial and middle years, and very disastrous and crumbling end. It came to an end due to several internal conflicts such as the Boxer Rebellion and the Opium Wars, which made a dent in China’s economy and society so deep that it could not be ignored by the people.
