Thirty Years' War (1 janv. 1618 – 1 janv. 1648)
Description:
The Thirty Years’ War is a European war that was waged due to major disagreements between Protestants and Catholics. Using the religios disagreements as fuel, European nations began stepping in and trying to take over new land, which inevitably worked. It ended with the Treaty of Westphalia and resulted in the map of Europe changing remarkably. This war was important because it helped shaped Europe into the modern states we know today. (4.3)
