Description:
The Abbasid Dynasty was an Islamic Caliphate based in the middle east. The Abbasid Caliphate was ruled by a Caliph, a single ruler over the whole caliphate. The Abbasid Dynasty was considered a golden age for Islam because education and trade flourished. Arabic poetry flourished during the Abbasid dynasty, and so did mathematics.
