The period of time covered in the book of First Nephi.The First Book of Nephi was written by Nephi, the son of Lehi. It was the first book written on the Small Plates of Nephi.
The narrative of the book starts just before the Lehites flee Jerusalem, and continues until they arrive in the Promised Land.
