Description:
transfer of goods between the old world and the new. The Old World gave wheat, sugar, coffee, rise, livestock, and disease to the New. From Africa came slave labor. To the Old World, the New would send precious metals, corn, potatoes, tomatoes, tobacco, beans, vanilla, chocolate, and syphilis.
