Description:

He wakes up in the alleyway to a man standing over him. The man tells him he had seen him passed out on the ground, and was worried. After everything that happened, it didn't take much for the man to convince Seth to come "home" with him.

The only "home" the man took him to was a LOBOS holding cell. They held Seth there for 2 weeks to evaluate him before putting him on the market.

While he was being evaluated, they discovered his powers, and put dampeners on him to prevent him from escaping.
