World War 1 started with Austria-Hungary and Serbia, they later on called upon their allies, such as Russia, Germany, and others. America entered the fight on June 26,1917 after Germany attacked several American ships. The war ended on November 11, 1918, after Germany and its allies realized they could no longer win the war and signed an armistice.
