Albert Einstein’s involvement in WW2 (1 janv. 1939 – 1 août 1945)
Description:
In 1939 Albert Einstein sent a letter to President Roosevelt to encourage him to build a nuclear weapon after his friends from Germany had tried to get people to listen but failed thought that America should be prepared if they got involved in the war. The president sent a thank you note to Albert Einstein. Over 2 years later America got involved in the war and began building the nuclear bomb, when America had finally finished the bomb they bombed Japan. This was in 1945 and 5 days later WW2 had ended.
