Description:

The color television was introduced in 1951 and brought with it a new perspective to animation styles and processes, as well as direct audience interaction and widespread of various shows that could be produced. As the television grew more and more popular, it significantly decreased public attention to the animated shorts being shown in theatres, which influenced studios to change their directions in terms of medium.
