Description:
A carefully organized mass uprising of Pueblo Indians in alliance with Apaches Indian to overthrow Spanish rule in New Mexico. It was formulated by medicine man, Popé of the San Juan Pueblo, and resulted in the death of about 400 Spaniard and Pueblo freedom for 8 years.Ajouté au bande de temps:
