John Dalton Discoveries (1 janv. 1803 – 31 déc. 1808)
Description:
Dalton furthered Democritus' theory that matter is composed of tiny indivisible particles which he called atoms. He also contributed the idea that all atoms of the same element are identical while differing elements have differing atoms. Lastly he came up with the Law of Multiple Proportions, this was that chemical reactions consist of rearranging atoms in whole number ratios.
