-1977000 à -1980000 AUSTRALOPITHECUS SEDIBA L’Australopithecus Sediba marchait régulièrement debout, mais d’une manière inconnue. Celui-ci était de petite taille, avec de longs bras et avait une petite capacité crânienne. Il habitait l’Afrique australe et a été découvert pour la première fois en 2008 par Matthew Berger.
