Nicolas Copernicus (19 févr. 1473 – 21 mai 1543)
Description:
A mathematician, astronomer, and physician widely known for the Heliocentric Theory which placed the sun at the center of the universe. Though he did not come up with this theory he helped make it popular through his book, "De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium."
