Fighting that took place due to the disagreements between Charles I and parliament, as well as rebellion in Scotland and Ireland. These wars are categorized under SP because they were wars fought largely over the power struggle between the monarchy and the government (Parliament) and had a large affect on how power was distributed after the war.
