OLMECS ERA (14 avr. 1400 av. J.-C. – 18 déc. 400 av. J.-C.)
Description:
The olmecs were able to start hunting, farming and fishing making it able to feed the population then largely increase it. Later on, they were able to create a government system and making pyramids and large platform mounds; agriculture; a writing system; and a characteristic sculptural artistry including enormous stone heads with heavy features reminiscent of angry babies. The first dynastic calendars were being used. Eventually, the olmecs vanished out of thin-air with many theories.
