Council of Trent (20 nov 1545 – 28 sept. 1563)
Description:
Council of Trent was formed to condemn protestants reformers. The Roman Catholic Doctrine was reformulated, which added strength to the papacy and destroyed some of the ecclesiastical abuses. The Council discussed religious ideas that concerned many countires in Europe.
