James Chadwick (20 oct. 1891 – 24 juill. 1974)
Description:
Chadwick discovered the neutron. He did this by exposing beryllium to alpha rays. It released an unknown radiation that ejected the protons from the nuclei of various substances. He said the radiation was something the same size as a neutron but without charge.Ajouté au bande de temps:
