Description:
Dalton's Model is referred to as the "Billiard Ball" model. Dalton proposed the following, an atom is a solid, indivisible and indestructible sphere.
He also said that all elements are composed of atoms, atoms of the same element are exactly alike, each element is characterized by the mass of its atoms, the joining of atoms forms compounds and atoms are neither destroyed or created in a chemical change.
