Achaemenid/Persian Dynasty (1 janv. 550 av. J.-C. – 1 janv. 330 av. J.-C.)
Description:
The Achaemenid Empire, founded by Cyrus, grew into a massive empire spanning from North Africa to The Meditteranean to The Middle East before its eventual demise. It was known for its tolerance towards other cultures and religions even though the rulers of the Achaemenid Empire themselves were Zoroastrians. Under Darius, an empire-wide road system, a unified currency, and a unified system of law further united the empire. (2.1)(2.2)(2.3)
