The Freedom Riders were civil-rights activists who rode buses into segregated southern states to challenge the non-enforcement of segregated buses being unconstitutional. In Anniston, Alabama the activists' bus was firebombed by a mob of Klansmen who intended to kill them.#EnforceEquality
