Description:
The third Islamic Caliphate. They succeeded the Umayyads after a rebellion overthrew them. The Abbasids Improved Dar al-Islam by sharing booty and including all who wished convert, as well any who did not. The Abbasids also treated Sunnis and Shi'ites with equal respect.
