Opium Wars in China (18 sept. 1839 – 3 sept. 1860)

Description:

British wanted Chinese Tea but did not want to pay British silver for it. Offered to trade opium for tea and got all of China addicted. Everytime British were asked to stop they said no and China had no way to fight back since they burned their entire naval army.
