18th Admendment (1 janv. 1920 – 1 janv. 1933)
Description:
This prohibited the manufacture sale, and transportation of intoxicating liquors for beverage purposes. It made alcohol prohibited and it made both the federal government (congress) and state governments the power to create laws to enforce prohibition. It pretty much prohibited the manufacture, sale, and transportation of intoxicating liquors in the United States, which effectively banned alcohol for beverage purposes nationwide.
