Description:
The Bill of Mortality would record deaths
Infected Households Quarantined for 40 days
Victims were buried at night in mass graves or plague pits
Fires lit in streets to clear bad air
100,000 people in London would die 1/4 of pop
Impacted the government by making it difficult to collect tax
Many different reasons have been given for the plague (God, astrology , stray animals, miasmas)
