Description:
- throughout 1923 the **Germany economy is suffering** from this costs to this crises- Ruhr produced up to 80% of coal and iron and that production is now gone
- Meanwhile government is spending more and more on passive resistance
- falling **revenue and growing expenses result in deficit** and force the government to print more money
