Germany’s Weltpolitik was introduced by Kaiser Wilhelm II. Its main policies were to expand the Navy and colonies and create a German-led economic in Europe. The problem was that it directly interfered with Britain’s Royal Navy as the German Navy grew. Alongside Britain, Weltpolitik threatened more countries, such as France.
