Germany's Weltpolitik (1 janv. 1884 – 1 janv. 1918)
Description:
Germany’s Weltpolitik was introduced by Kaiser Wilhelm II. Its main policies were to expand the Navy and colonies and create a German-led economic in Europe. The problem was that it directly interfered with Britain’s Royal Navy as the German Navy grew. Alongside Britain, Weltpolitik threatened more countries, such as France. It also pushed Austria-Hungary to issue the Black Cheque, which directly started WW1
