Description:
An Ottoman diplomat, historian, and writer. He is best known for his diplomatic missions to Vienna and Berlin, and his work Hulâsatü'l-itibâr ("The Essence of Consideration"), which critiques the Ottoman-Russian War of 1768–1774.
