Ahmed Resmî Efendi (1 janv. 1700 – 31 déc. 1783)
Description:
An Ottoman diplomat, historian, and writer. He is best known for his diplomatic missions to Vienna and Berlin, and his work Hulâsatü'l-itibâr ("The Essence of Consideration"), which critiques the Ottoman-Russian War of 1768–1774. Resmî Efendi was instrumental in shaping Ottoman foreign policy in the late 18th century.
