Description:
Early Bronze Age (c. 2,500 - 1,200 BC): Following the Beaker period, Britain entered the Bronze Age. The population became more settled, with increased social complexity, trade networks, and the use of bronze tools and weapons. Large communal monuments and round barrows continued to be built.
