Description:

This war was that caused the deaths of thousands of Hmong people and started the Hmong Genocide was kept a secret by the United States Government until recently. It was disguised as a Laotion Civil war whenever news stations did coverage on it, because the US and Vietnam agreed that Laos would remain neutral. The Vietnam war was also happening at this time, and since it was more controversial, it often overshadowed The Secret War.
