22nd amendment is ratified 1951 (27 févr. 1951 – 19 janv. 1970)
Description:
The 22nd Amendment limited the number of terms someone is able to serve as president. While it did not limit it down to one term like the Omaha platform called for under number 8 in the section labeled expression of sentiments it did set an official limit to two terms. this was important because it stopped the possibility of someone serving too long as president.Ajouté au bande de temps:
