Creating the American Constitution (1 janv. 1776 – 1 déc. 1791)

Description:

Americans didn’t want to be ruled by England but they knew that this new country needed an effective government. The Articles of Confederation, their first constitution. They had to little power, not being able to resolve problems. Each state made a constitution but none of them were fully democratic so they didn’t agree. After a couple months these delegates agreed and approved the constitution which is still seen today.
