Description:
On August 6, 1945 Americans dropped the world's first atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. Thousands of people died as the bomb dropped but many also died after the fact because of radiation. This bomb caused so much damage that it wiped out about 90% of the city. Three days later on Aug 9, 1945 a bomb was dropped on the Japanese city Nagasaki. This second bomb caused around 40,000 people to die.Ajouté au bande de temps:
