Exodus - Moses leads the Hebrews out of Egypt (1 janv. 1300 av. J.-C. – 11 déc. 201 av. J.-C.)
Description:
At first, Hebrews are welcomed by the ancient Egyptians but eventually put into slavery.
Hebrews are led out of slavery by a man named Moses. This event is known as “the Exodus,” and celebrated today with the festival of Passover. Hebrews wandered the desert for approximately 40 years before reaching Canaan. During this time, they receive their religious law code name the ten commandments. With this, a pact was formed between God and the Hebrews → God would protect them and guide them back to Canaan if the Hebrews followed his laws.
