Description:

Petrograd is at a standstill due to strikes. Nicholas ignored the Duma President's telegram demanding action.
40 demonstrators were killed.
Soldiers rebelled.
A provisional committee is established by the duma and supported by the High Command of the army.
The Petrograd soviet is formed by revolutionaries.
Nicholas left for Petrograd but was diverted en route.
