Baron de Montesquieu (1 janv. 1689 – 1 janv. 1755)
Description:
Baron de Montesquieu was a very wealthy writer. He was not happy with the ideas of society and in the books he wrote, he poked fun at these ideas. His great idea was the 'Separation of Powers'. This idea entailed that no one ruler should have complete power of the people. He split it into three parts: The Judiciary Branch, the Executive Branch and Parliament. These three branches would balance each other out so no one ruler would misuse his power.
