Description:
He was a popular ruler who rule of his citizens fairly, but he would often treat anyone he defeated with cruelty, such as when he defeated a king with a dog chain through his jaw and forcing the king to now live in a dog kennel after he was captured. He is known for creating the first systematically collected and catalogued libraryin ancient Middle East .
